The Regional Trade for Development Facility (RT4D) is seeking an event organiser and management (hereafter referred to as the Consultant) to support practical event organisation and logistics arrangements for the delivery of on-site regional workshop.
The event organiser will lead the logistical planning and delivery of a 2-day on-Site regional workshop, and a 1-day business matching event on Strengthening MSME Capacity for Food Supply Chain Integration in Indonesia. The workshop will be held in week 2 or 3 of April 2026 (TBC) in Jatinangor, Sumedang, Indonesia, while the business matching event will be held in May/June 2026 in Jakarta/Bandung (TBC). Most participants will join in-person. However, the EO will also need to accommodate virtual participation for those unable to join physically.

AM-13224 RF/EOI UXO Specialist Panel
The Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP) is Australia’s largest and most significant infrastructure investment in the Pacific. This $4 billion infrastructure initiative is actively engaging with countries in the region to significantly boost Australia’s support for infrastructure development in Pacific countries and Timor-Leste. The Facility uses grant funding combined with loans to support the development of high priority, quality infrastructure.
The AIFFP Investment Preparation and Support Unit (SU), managed by Tetra Tech International Development, is contracted to support the AIFFP meet its objectives.
Some of the Pacific Island countries that AIFFP are investing in have a known presence of Unexploded Ordnance (UXO). UXO is a risk in project locations where new or refurbished infrastructure is required, as it is potentially hazardous if moved or disturbed.
To manage the risks associated with UXO presence and to support the continuation of infrastructure works in safe working and operating environment, AIFFP is seeking the services of a UXO Specialist. The UXO Specialist will provide advisory services to AIFFP to effectively manage UXO related risks and impacts on its projects.
The AIFFP Support Unit seeks to engage suitably experienced UXO Project Risk Management technical Specialist (‘Consultant’) to provide flexible, ad hoc specialist support across multiple infrastructure projects in the Pacific region and Timor Leste, encompassing all sectors including but not limited to aviation, transportation, and energy.
The objective of this engagement is to deliver expert risk assessment, technical advice and options development related to UXO investigations, remediation and safe project progression, supporting AIFFP’s investments and ensuring site safety and project operability

The Fostering Advancement of Inclusive, Rights Based (FAIR) Justice Program (the Program) will advance Australia and Philippines’ shared commitment to the rule of law, rights-based justice, and strong and accountable institutions, as vital to the stability, security, and prosperity in the Philippines and in the Indo Pacific region. Building on Australia and the Philippines’ longstanding cooperation in law and justice, the Program will support a broader justice system strengthening and ensure greater synergy with DFAT’s investments in promoting rights-based justice, countering terrorism and violent extremism, combatting human trafficking and protecting children against online abuse and exploitation, as well as justice initiatives of other donors and development partners.
The role
The Communications and Engagement Officer will develop the Communications Strategy for the FAIR Justice Program and coordinate external and internal resources to deliver successful project and public relations communications activities. They will work collaboratively with the Team Leader and the DFAT communications team to design and disseminate all promotional and communications materials, including print and digital media content.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain a communications strategic plan.
- Coordinate the production of internal and external communication and design materials.
- Collaborate with DFAT to support the delivery of communications products and events.
- Manage public diplomacy events.
- Develop and maintain the FAIR Justice website and social media content.
- Develop a communications calendar, outlining the dissemination of knowledge products generated throughout the program.
- Develop a visibility strategy to identify and manage political and reputational risks with program activities.
Selection criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Strong experience in delivering successful project and public relations activities in the Philippines, preferably for DFAT funded programs.
- Demonstrated experience producing high-quality publications and media products.
- Demonstrated experience in managing media and communications in a fast-paced environment.
- A commitment to gender equality, disability inclusion, social inclusion, and safeguarding on programs is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to plan, draft, edit, and proof-read information to publication standards.
