Get a glimpse into our recruitment process

When applying for a role in one of our programs or corporate offices, you can expect the following steps through our recruitment process.

We assess your application against the key selection criteria listed in the position description. Our team are looking for experience and expertise relevant to the role on offer.

Following screening, if we require more information from you, a member of our human resources team will be in touch to ask any specific questions.

Occasionally there can be multiple rounds of interviews required in this stage of the process. Here we are looking for ‘our people’ as much as assessing your fit for the role on offer. In these interviews our team will ask a range of technical and behavioural questions. However, they are discussions and conversational and provide you with the opportunity to interview us!

Police/reference/sanctions – we take safety seriously, which at Tetra Tech International Development, which means that each (successful) applicant will be subject to police and reference checks.

Throughout the process, we will provide open communication to all applicants. We are also happy to provide feedback on applications upon completion of a recruitment process.
